Chiropractic
Chiropractic treatment is a form of alternative medicine focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those affecting the spine. Chiropractors believe that these disorders can impact overall health by affecting the nervous system. The primary treatment method is spinal manipulation or chiropractic adjustment. In addition, various techniques may be used, including soft tissue MRT, trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, nerve flossing, Shark tool therapy, cupping, joint mobilization, and the prescription of therapeutic exercises.
Benefits of Chiropractic Treatment:
Pain Relief: Effective in managing conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, and sciatica.
Improved Function: Restores normal range of motion and joint function in the spine and other areas.
Non-Invasive: Offers a drug-free, non-surgical approach to managing pain and health issues.
Enhanced Well-being: By improving spinal health and function, chiropractic care promotes overall wellness.
Structural Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on therapy that complements conventional medical treatments, focusing primarily on musculoskeletal issues. Using manual techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and muscle energy techniques, osteopaths move joints and stretch muscles to improve mobility and alleviate pain. These techniques have a positive cascading effect on the entire body, enhancing the nervous system, improving blood circulation, and supporting the health of organs.
Registered Massage Therapy
120 Minutes massage therapy is available with Toby Yung, Brandon Lee, and Kwok Shum Hubert Mak. Please visit their profiles to explore booking options.
Massage therapy is a therapeutic bodywork technique that involves the manipulation of soft tissues and joints, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissues, and skin. Its primary benefits include reducing muscle tension, improving circulation, relieving stress, enhancing range of motion, promoting relaxation, and supporting overall well-being. This holistic treatment aids the body’s natural healing process, boosts flexibility, and helps maintain optimal health.
Registered Massage Therapy + Hot Stones
A hot stone massage is a therapeutic treatment that utilizes smooth, heated stones to enhance relaxation. The heat from the stones, combined with the pressure applied by the therapist, helps to relax muscles, alleviate tension, and promote overall relaxation and well-being.
The benefits of this treatment include muscle relaxation, pain relief, improved circulation, stress reduction, enhanced flexibility and mobility, and detoxification, making it an effective solution for both physical and mental rejuvenation.
Registered Massage Therapy + Prenatal
Depending on the stage and condition of the pregnancy, the therapist will ensure the patient is positioned for optimal comfort and safety. No sustained pressure or acupuncture will be applied to the lower back or ankles. While many patients find relief from tightness with abdominal massage, it will not be performed until the second trimester. Please inform your therapist about the details of your pregnancy to ensure the most appropriate and safe treatment.
Registered Massage Therapy + Fascial Stretch (FST)
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) targets both the fascia and joints, using a combination of movement and stretches to release tension in deep tissue layers. This therapy enhances mobility, promotes relaxation, and provides lasting benefits after multiple sessions. FST aims to relax tissues and improve joint range.
By combining massage techniques with fascial stretch therapy, treatments can be fully personalized to address individual needs and optimize results.
Registered Massage Therapy + Dry Cupping
Massage therapy with dry cupping combines traditional massage techniques with the benefits of cupping therapy to enhance treatment results. This integrated approach provides a comprehensive solution for addressing musculoskeletal issues, improving circulation, and promoting deep relaxation.
Dry Cupping: This technique involves placing cups on the skin to create a suction effect, drawing the skin and underlying tissues into the cup. This suction helps increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and accelerate the body’s natural healing process.
The overall benefits include, but are not limited to, enhanced blood flow, reduced muscle tension, improved mobility, pain relief, detoxification, and stress reduction, offering a holistic treatment for both physical and mental well-being.
Registered Massage Therapy + Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medicine technique that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific acupoints on the body. These acupoints are located along meridians through which vital energy (Qi) flows. The goal of acupuncture is to restore balance to this energy, alleviate pain, and address various health issues.
Following a massage, the acupuncturist identifies the most relevant acupoints based on the patient’s condition, targeting areas of pain, tension, or other concerns. The needles are carefully inserted and left in place for 15-30 minutes, allowing the patient to remain relaxed.
The benefits of acupuncture include pain relief, improved circulation, stress reduction, holistic healing, accelerated recovery, and restored energy balance.
Registered Massage Therapy + Thai
Thai massage, also known as Nuad Thai or Thai yoga massage, is a traditional healing practice that blends acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Developed over 2,500 years ago by Buddhist monks in Thailand, it focuses on holistic healing, addressing the body, mind, and spirit.

On the table: The massage is conducted on a massage table.
No Oil: Unlike Swedish or deep tissue massage, Thai massage does not typically use oils or lotions.
